We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.Crafted Highlights: TheTax Manager – Reporting& Technology role, based in Milwaukee, WI, you'll play a key role in shaping how Molson Coors leverages technology to simplify complex tax processes, strengthen controls, and unlock new insights across our global tax function.In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, and IT to drive the transformation of global tax processes through automation, analytics, AI, and other emerging technologies. You will help build a more scalable, insight-driven tax function by reducing manual processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling the team to focus on higher-value, strategic activities. In addition, you will ensure reliable operation, support, and continuous improvement of existing tax technology solutions.This role includes direct people leadership responsibility and significant influence over global tax processes, systems, data, controls, and technology-enabled transformation priorities.This role reports to the Sr. Director Global Tax Reporting.What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Own and lead the global tax technology strategy, roadmap, and operating model, ensuring tax technology capabilities effectively support tax compliance, reporting, planning, controls, workflow, analytics and business decision-making needs.
- Drive enterprise-level tax transformation initiatives and innovation through automation, analytics, AI and emerging technologies, including hands-on use of AI-enabled tools,e.g.,Claude andCopilot, and data platforms to build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting. The goal is to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the tax function.
- Set priorities, build business cases, define success measures, and align resources for tax technology initiatives, ensuring investments deliver measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, risk reduction, faster cycle times, improved controls, and enhanced decision-making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Tax, Finance, IT, Enterprise Data, Internal Controls and external vendors to manage dependencies, influence and align priorities, resolve issues, and deliver sustainable technology solutions across the global tax function.
- Lead adoption and change management by raising the level of technology capabilities across the Tax team through training, championing new ways of working, and driving adoption of technology solutions.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry-leading practices and identify opportunities to further simplify tax processes, improve data quality, and enhance the effectiveness of the Tax organization.
- Ensure a strong tax technology control environment by establishing and maintaining disciplined data, process, and access governance, mitigating risk while supporting efficient and reliable tax operations.
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in corporate tax, tax technology, or tax process improvements within a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
- Demonstrated experience with tax technology platforms such asCorptax,ONESOURCE, or similar tax compliance and provision solutions.
- Strong understanding of multinational tax compliance and tax reporting processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading technology, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with analytics and productivity applications, such asPower BI,Power Query,Databricks,Microsoft Copilot,Claude, or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Experience developing and coaching team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Preferred qualifications include in-depth knowledge of tax issues affecting global multinational businesses, in-depth, administrator level knowledge ofCorptaxorONESOURCE, and experience with ERP platforms such asSAP.

Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
