The Business Systems Manager will become the operational architect of Regal's enterprise business systems.
This individual will ensure that business processes, enterprise applications, AI, automation, and people evolve together as Regal scales.
Rather than simply administering systems, this role will partner closely with business leaders and Engineering to understand how Regal operates, redesign workflows, improve enterprise applications, and deliver measurable business value.
During Regal's transition from Salesforce to SuiteCRM, this role will also play a key part in supporting CRM optimization, workflow improvements, and business process transformation.
Success will be measured not by the number of systems managed, but by the degree to which Regal becomes a simpler, faster, more intelligent, and more scalable organization.
Success Metrics
Within your first 12 months, you will have:
- Redesigned and optimized key business processes across multiple departments.
- Improved workflow efficiency through AI and automation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Business Analysis, Operations Systems, RevOps, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong Salesforce Administration or Salesforce product ownership experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements and redesigning business processes.
- Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or optimization projects.
- Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, process maps, SOPs, user stories, and workflow documentation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
