What You Will Do:
HR Business Partnering

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across functions.

Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and development.
Talent Management
-
Identify capability gaps and partner with L&D to build targeted development plans.
-
Support internal mobility and career progression planning.
Employee Relations & Compliance
-
Manage employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
-
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and disciplinary processes.
-
Proactively identify employee relations risks and maintain accurate documentation.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
-
Lead engagement surveys, feedback cycles, and action planning.
-
Implement culture-building, recognition, and communication initiatives.
-
Enhance employee experience through structured engagement programs.
HR Data, Analytics & Reporting
-
Use HR analytics to generate insights on attrition, engagement, and performance.

Develop dashboards and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making.
Policy & Process Governance
-
Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
-
Recommend policy and process improvements aligned with business needs and industry practices.

Maintain quality, consistency, and compliance across HR processes.
Leadership & Business Partnering

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Support change management initiatives and organizational transitions.
What You Will Need:
Technical Skills

Strong expertise in HRBP frameworks, HR operations, and employment laws.

Deep understanding of performance management, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.

Proficiency in HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS tools.

Ability to manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across levels.

Ability to lead discussions, shape people strategy, and resolve complex issues.

Experience driving change and delivering business-focused HR outcomes.

Experience
8–10 years of experience in an end-to-end HRBP /HR Generalist role.
