POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Support role provides administrative support and assistance for ensuring high quality I/DD programs and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide general administrative supports to I/DD Directors and Managers, including, but not limited to:
- Entering data and maintaining spreadsheets

Auditing records for quality and compliance

Scanning, importing, copying and collating documents

Making phone calls and sending emails
-
Organizing and maintaining both electronic and paper files
-
Mailing letters/documents
-
Completing functions related to Medicaid billing
-
Providing tasks related to maintaining a clean and organized office/work environment
-
Visiting other services sites, including day training and participant homes on occasion to assist with auditing
-
Running errands
-
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Knowledge and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Software systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS:

This role is primarily conducted a professional office or clinical setting and involves sitting for extended periods of time.

Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies/equipment 15-20 lbs.
