Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership AI Engineer with 10+ years of total experience to drive the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions for the legal, risk, and compliance sectors. You will lead the creation of RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and cloud-native AI services that reduce manual effort and deliver measurable client value.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Delivery: Research, build, and deploy end-to-end AI applications to automate complex legal and compliance workflows.
- Agentic Workflows: Design and optimize prompt engineering, model evaluation, and workflow orchestration systems.
- Full-Stack AI Engineering: Write clean production code across Python backends and AI components.
- Data Security & Governance: Enforce strict data privacy, governance, and security protocols for sensitive legal data.
- Technical Ownership: Guide the technical vision, conduct code reviews, and ship reliable systems at scale on AWS.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of total tech experience, with 7+ years dedicated to AI/ML engineering (legal, risk, or compliance domain experience preferred).
- AI Core: Proven expertise in RAG architectures, NLP, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Programming Languages: High proficiency in Python (exposure to PHP/TypeScript is a plus).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on deployment experience using AWS (ECS) and Terraform.
- Engineering Standards: Strong habits around automated testing, documentation, and scalable system design.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year

- Backend & Stack Proficiency: What is your level of experience with our secondary backend and frontend technologies (Laravel/PHP, React, Next.js, TypeScript)? Briefly mention how you’ve integrated Python AI services with traditional web backends in past projects.
