About CoGrow
CoGrow is building a network of flexible workspaces and coworking opportunities by connecting businesses and professionals with quality office spaces across locations. We are looking for an energetic and proactive Branding & Sales Intern who wants to learn sales, business development, branding and marketing while working closely with the core team.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Identify and research potential office owners, businesses and workspace partners.
- Make calls and initiate conversations with prospective clients/partners.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand prospects' requirements and explain CoGrow's offering.
- Schedule meetings/site visits and assist in converting prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Branding & Marketing - Assist in creating content and communication for CoGrow. - Support social media, WhatsApp and other marketing initiatives.
- Help with basic Canva designs, presentations and sales collaterals.
- Research competitors, markets and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing marketing and sales material for different audiences. General - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain daily task and activity reports.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and tasks. - Be willing to learn sales, marketing, branding and business development. What We’re Looking For - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking to people on calls.
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence. - Energetic, proactive and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media is an advantage.
- Good understanding of English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility. - Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
