- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, commands, file systems, processes, and permissions.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, firewalls, proxies, and load balancing.
- Strong interest in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, and IT Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to Docker and containerization is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Exposure to Nginx, Apache, reverse proxies, or API gateways is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of monitoring, logging, system health, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
