Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows.
- Drive implementation and commissioning of highly automated warehouse solutions.
- Develop logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows.
- Work with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and related logistics systems.
- Support ramp-up and stabilization of new warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with production, automation, IT/OT, and external suppliers.
- Develop and improve logistics standards, methods, and best practices.
- Support integration of automated material handling and transportation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Experience within warehouse operations, logistics development, or warehouse automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Skills
- Experience from highly automated warehouse environments.
- Experience with warehouse start-ups, factory ramp-ups, or greenfield projects.
- Knowledge of SAP, MFC/WCS, WMS, or similar warehouse systems.
- Experience with automation projects and logistics system integrations.
- Experience with AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solutions and automated transportation systems.
