Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide financial leadership and support to the Technology & Operations (T&O) – Ops divisions by delivering insightful analysis, managing budgets and forecasts, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for T&O- Ops.

Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.

Partner with T&O stakeholders to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
2. Business Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to T&O leadership, providing financial guidance and strategic support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy) to align financial plans with business objectives.

Support investment decisions through business case development and ROI analysis.
3. Reporting & Governance

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and group finance.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems.
4. Strategic Initiatives

Support transformation programs, including digitalization, automation, and cost efficiency initiatives.

Lead or contribute to special projects such as benchmarking, scenario modelling, and financial impact assessments.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.

5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in banking, technology, or operations-related functions.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
