Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with supplier for the best offer and approve term and condition to the best interest of company.
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier to constantly Struve for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and services.
- Ensure good quality and delivery from supplier.
- Coordinate and ensure new parts ordered meet new projects demand.
- Other work assigned from superior from time to time.
- Responsible for a material arrangement to fulfil daily production plan.
- To issue PR & PO according to lead-time and demand.
- Handle material quality issue and delivery issue.
- To check and verify invoice base on approved PO.
- Responsible for sourcing activities.
- Respond with excellent support and service to any mails or call from site/ supplier.
- To oversee daily activity involving purchasing.
- Assist in the implementation or enhancement of Procurement Policies and Procedures.
- To assist in preparing Monthly Management report and submit to the superior.
- Understand the local/ country requirements/documentation requirement and train supplier for onboarding completion.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Logistics or any equivalent.
