Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Shipping package and mailing service
- Handle customer inquiries and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to life 40+ pounds
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable addition to our team at The UPS Store. Your main responsibility as a shipping expert is to find solutions that meet (or exceed!) our customers' needs. We offer many products and services, besides shipping, including notary services, mailboxes, printing, and more. This provides employees with ample opportunity to learn and grow their skills. We provide on-site job training through existing staff and online programs.
