Snap Strategies, Inc., a sales and development firm, is seeking an AT&T Team Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, communicating with people, and learning about wireless products and services.
As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll interact with customers, introduce them to AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help identify solutions that fit their needs. You’ll build customer relationships while developing valuable communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Core Functions
- Represent AT&T products and services while creating positive customer interactions.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions.
- Explain AT&T plans, products, features, and available options in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with questions regarding wireless services and account options.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-through throughout the customer experience.
The AT&T Team Member supports daily customer engagement and sales initiatives while working as part of a collaborative team. The AT&T Team Member is expected to stay informed on current AT&T products and services and provide a professional customer experience.
