REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management
- Proven track record of managing projects with teams of 10+ members
- Hands-on experience managing fixed-price projects
- Ability to lead technical teams and act as a bridge between developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, software implementation, and support cycles
- Strong expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Stress tolerance and a business-oriented mindset
- Intermediate English for occasional calls with colleagues and working with documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating team activities
- Managing and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports
- Utilizing project management tools to monitor working hours, budgets, and schedules
- Providing stakeholders, including teams and clients, with regular updates on project status and tasks
- Defining project goals, tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Identifying and resolving project-related issues
- Overseeing all project stages to ensure smooth project execution
- Organizing project team meetings
- Monitoring the project's financial performance and preparing relevant reports
- Optimizing team workflows to maximize efficiency and results
- Implementing innovative ideas and aligning them with business needs
- Making quick and effective decisions in unforeseen circumstances while minimizing risk
