This role sits between Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain and is critical to keeping complex technical projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
Manage day-to-day operations, project timelines, milestones, and scope for UAV and integrated systems projects
Track project schedules, deliverables, resource allocation and dependencies using project management tools
Coordinate drone assembly, integration, and testing activities with production teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and drive mitigation actions
Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and procurement teams to streamline workflows
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and systems
Support handover between design, build, and test phases
3. Operational Support & Reporting
Maintain technical documentation, engineering change records, and project data management
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior management and program reviews
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning activities
Maintain accurate project documentation in compliance with company systems and processes
4. Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, airworthiness requirements, health and safety policies, and company quality standards
Support audits, risk assessments, and safety briefings related to unmanned systems operations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
1-4 years of experience in project coordination, program execution, or engineering operations. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in aerospace / UAV / manufacturing are welcome
Familiarity with UAV systems, drone assembly, or integrated systems is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project or equivalent project planning tools
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
