Location: Adelaide, Australia
Role: IT Desktop Support Engineer – Backfill Support
Rate: AUD 250/day All Inclusive
Project Duration: October 2026 – January 2027
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday TO Friday
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT desktop and end-user support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices
Install, configure, and support Windows desktops and laptops
Support Microsoft 365 applications and Active Directory
Resolve technical issues within SLA requirements
Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and project support
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT Desktop Support / EUC
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device deployments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be based in Adelaide or able to travel onsite when required
Important Note
For this project, the client will conduct Background Verification (BGV) and create company credentials for the selected engineer.
Credential creation and onboarding may take approximately 2–3 weeks, so candidates should be available to complete the onboarding process in advance.
