- You integrate generative AI technologies into existing application software
- Additionally at senior level: You take ownership and technical responsibility from initial concept through to successful delivery
- You analyze complex datasets for specific AI use cases and improve data quality

- You evaluate and optimize software systems with AI components (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Ollama)
- Additionally at senior level: You establish best practices for evaluating and optimizing these technologies
- You further develop existing AI solutions and design new approaches
- Additionally at senior level: You are responsible for architectural decisions and provide impulses for innovative approaches
- You contribute to cloud-native development projects with a focus on AI-driven software solutions

- You integrate AI-ready database systems for complex application.

YOUR PROFIL
- You hold a completed degree (preferably a Master’s) with a focus on AI or IT, ideally with initial professional experience in AI software development
- Senior level: You bring several years of professional experience and proven project success in AI software development
- You have solid knowledge of Python and at least one additional programming language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java)
- Senior level: You possess deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience with these technologies
- You have practical experience in integrating and using generative AI technologies as well as frameworks such as LangChain
- Senior level: You have profound expertise and the ability to establish and enforce best practices.
- You have experience working with AI-ready database systems (relational databases, vector databases, and graph databases)
- Senior level: You bring extensive experience in complex integration projects
- You have experience in cloud-native development and DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
- Senior level: You take architectural responsibility and bring relevant practical experience.
- You have knowledge of API design and full-stack software development
- Senior level: You have experience leading and being accountable for development projects
- You are passionate about customer-centric application development and innovative technologies
- Senior level: You actively drive innovation and lead teams
- You are a team player, a strong communicator, and work independently in a structured manner
- Senior level: You act as a solution-oriented point of contact and support other developers
- You have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
