Brand Representative – Weekend Events & Markets
Axi Clean is a small, fast-growing business serving the Phoenix area, and we’re looking for an outgoing, energetic Brand Representative to help us get our name in front of more people at local markets, festivals, and events.
Overview
Are you the person who can walk into a room full of strangers and somehow end up talking to everyone?
Do you have a quick wit, a big personality, and zero fear of approaching people?
We’re looking for someone who loves people, starts conversations easily, can handle rejection without taking it personally, and genuinely enjoys being out in the community.
This is a flexible weekend position working at different Phoenix-area markets, festivals, and events.
Your job isn’t to stand behind a table and wait for people to come to you.
Your job is to get people to the booth.
We’ll provide the booth, giveaways, promotional materials, and training. You bring the personality, energy, and ability to make people stop, smile, and want to learn more about Axi Clean.

What You’ll Do
- Represent Axi Clean at weekend markets, festivals, trade shows, and community events
- Actively approach attendees and start conversations
- Bring people into our booth
- Hand out giveaways, “spiffs,” and promotional items
- Explain what Axi Clean does in a friendly and engaging way
- Create positive interactions and memorable experiences with potential customers
- Generate interest and brand awareness throughout the event
- Collect leads and contact information when appropriate
- Encourage people to follow, contact, or learn more about Axi Clean
- Help keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting
- Work as part of a small team to maximize the number of people we connect with
The Personality We’re Looking For
This position is not for someone who wants to sit quietly behind a table.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Extremely outgoing
- Naturally conversational
- Quick-witted and able to think on their feet
- Comfortable approaching complete strangers
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Confident without being pushy
- Comfortable hearing “no”
- Able to shake off rejection and immediately approach the next person
- Competitive in a fun, positive way
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable being a little goofy
- Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people
If you can hear “No thanks” 9 times and still enthusiastically walk up to the 10th person, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
What Success Looks Like
We aren’t expecting every person to become a customer.
At these events, our goal is to maximize conversations, build brand awareness, create connections, and get as many people into our booth as possible.
We want someone who understands that 10 great conversations are more valuable than standing around waiting for 1 perfect customer.
We’ll provide the training and materials. You bring the energy.
Schedule
- Part-time weekend position
- Typically one day per weekend — Saturday or Sunday
- Approximately 2- 4 events per month
- Event hours will vary depending on the market or festival
- Most events will be in the Phoenix metro area
- Some local travel is required
- Paid the same day you work
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work independently while representing the company
- Previous sales, promotional, hospitality, customer service, event, or brand ambassador experience is a plus — but personality matters more than experience
