- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or Environment Engineering roles; solid understanding of infrastructure, application systems, and cloud/on-prem environments.
- Ability to operate hands-on across complex enterprise technology environments.
2. Observability & Tooling
- Experience with monitoring, logging, observability platforms, dashboards, and operational health metrics.
- Increased environment visibility and faster detection of issues before production impact.
3. Troubleshooting & RCA
- Strong root cause analysis capability across application, infrastructure, network, and database layers.
- Faster and more accurate identification of systemic issues and recurring incident drivers.
4. Automation & Engineering Mindset
- Experience in automation, scripting, operational tooling, and continuous improvement practices.
- Higher automation in alerting, remediation, and operational workflows.
