Monitex Security is seeking a data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of our SEO strategy, focusing on technical infrastructure, high-authority content development, and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale web properties and a proven track record of increasing organic conversions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive technical audits, manage Schema implementation, and optimize site architecture for crawlability and indexation.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on critical KPIs including organic conversions, lead quality, and revenue growth, using big data tools.
- Competitive Strategy: Perform aggressive market analysis to maintain dominance within the US security technology landscape.
- Content & On-Page Optimization: Lead keyword research and snippet optimization to ensure content solves user problems and drives sales leads.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Monitor and implement changes related to Google’s evolving search landscape (SGE, AI Overviews, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience, preferably within a large-scale corporate or "big company" environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Schema, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals, and image optimization.
- Software Mastery: Proficient-level use of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
- Operational Independence: Proven ability to build repeatable processes and manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Proficient English proficiency with a deep understanding of US business etiquette and search intent.
- Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated home office setup with stable internet and power backup to support a fixed EST schedule.
- Willing to start as soon as possible.
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
