ABOUT THE ROLE
The EOS & EHS COE Associate supports the development, standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations Service capabilities across sites and regions.
The role serves as a knowledge, process, systems, and analytics resource to drive consistency, best practices, operational maturity, and adoption of global Engineering standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support development and maintenance of EOS & EHS standards, procedures, templates, and governance frameworks.

Participate in process mapping, process optimisation, and business process harmonisation initiatives.

Supports development and governance of Engineering and Facilities Management operating standards.

Maintains engineering process frameworks, standard work documentation, and operational playbooks.

Maintain COE knowledge repositories, SharePoint sites, and best-practice libraries.

Assist with development and tracking of EOS & EHS maturity metrics and benchmarking activities.
-
Support identification, documentation, and replication of best practices across sites.

Prepare operational insights and trend analysis to support leadership decision-making.

Partner with Engineering Systems and Technology teams to improve data quality, system adoption, and reporting consistency.

Support governance reviews and compliance assessments related to EOS & EHS processes and systems.

Assist in development of training material, learning pathways, playbooks, and onboarding content.

Support communities of practice and knowledge-sharing forums across the Engineering organisation.

Analyze operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks.

Support implementation of digital transformation and AI-enabled operational excellence initiatives.

Supports capability assessments and maturity evaluations across EOS & EHS processes and systems.

Ownership of COE safety related programs
- Certification Global Program Lead – standardization of processes across the Network
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Operations, or a related field.

Expected experience: 5-9 years

Relevant experience supporting operations, facilities, maintenance, engineering systems, digital systems, data management, business process improvement, or program coordination.

Ability to work on site in Hyderabad and collaborate with stakeholders across global time zones when required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical, system, or data-driven topics to diverse audiences.

Working knowledge of facility management, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, or Engineering Operations Services processes.

Exposure to regulated environments and the importance of quality, compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.

Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, analytics, or insights to support decisions and continuous improvement.

Experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, ticketing systems, enterprise work management tools, CMMS/EAM platforms, or data quality workflows.

Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to summarize technical or data-driven topics clearly.

Ability to support change management, user adoption, training, and process standardization initiatives.

High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and willingness to learn business processes, system controls, and technical data management practices.

Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment.

Foundational understanding of data governance, master data, system integrations, cybersecurity expectations, and controlled documentation practices is an advantage.
