Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare and rework the total project plan including time and budget planning in accordance to Internal Project management process.
- Margin and profit responsibility for product / investments / tooling and development.
- Coordination of Advanced Quality Planning
- Leads the project teams
- Management of modifications during the development process.
- Organize and perform the gate exit reviews.
- Responsible for budget planning
- Responsible for meeting customer and ZF milestones
- Total project cost control (Project budget such as Development, Tooling, Investment and sample product)
- Support acquisition and current production activities in cooperation with account manager
Key Competencies
- Experience in the automotive or supplier industry
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Additional business management education / experience
- English/Japanese language skills
- Project Management
Educational and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent.
