Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving a tractor trailer. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills.
Duties
- Operate Tractor Trailer (53 foot and double pup trailers)
- Execute route driving to deliver freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickup using ELD system
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving.
Skills
- Strong background in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
- Familiarity with navigation tools for efficient delivery.
- Experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
