Your work profile
- As Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Key skills required:
- Experience in Data Privacy, DPDPA 2023, Privacy Compliance, GRC, Cyber Risk, or Information Security.
- Strong understanding of DPDPA 2023, Data Privacy principles, PII, RoPA, Consent Management, Data Discovery, and Data Minimization.
- Hands-on experience in regulatory and compliance assessments, preferably within BFSI, financial services, or capital markets environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISMS, BCMS, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and IT Resilience.
- Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor risk assessments.
- Understanding of SEBI regulations, SEBI CSCRF, BCP-DR requirements, and regulatory audit processes will be preferred.
- Strong experience in policy, procedure, compliance documentation, risk assessment, and remediation planning.
- Exposure to data discovery and privacy technology solutions, such as BigID and Consent Management Tools, is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and resilience initiatives independently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
