Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (3 Positions)

We are an interior fit-out, joinery and civil contracting company working across residential villas, commercial offices, F&B and retail projects in the UAE. We are expanding our sales team and hiring three Sales Executives with a proven interiors background.
What you'll do
Generate and close fit-out, joinery and refurbishment projects across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates
Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, main contractors, facility managers and direct clients
Conduct site visits, understand client requirements and coordinate with our estimation team on BOQs and quotations
Follow quotations through to LPO, negotiate commercial terms and hand over to operations
Maintain a live pipeline and report on leads, quotes submitted, conversions and collections
What we're looking for
3+ years of UAE sales experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture or a related contracting field (essential — this role is not open to candidates without interiors exposure)
An existing network of clients, consultants or contractors in the UAE market
Ability to read drawings and understand a BOQ well enough to hold a technical conversation
Valid UAE driving licence
Strong English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Russian is an advantage
What we offer
Salary: AED 10,000 per month
Commission: 5% of net project profit on every project you bring in.
