Job Summary
Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple vacation rental properties
Troubleshoot and repair issues involving:
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC
Appliances
Drywall
Carpentry
General home repairs
Respond to maintenance requests during guest stays, including occasional urgent/emergency needs
Prepare homes for guest arrivals by ensuring all systems and amenities are working properly
Complete general improvement projects such as painting, fixture replacement, and minor repairs
Inspect properties and grounds for safety, functionality, and overall condition
Coordinate with vendors when additional support is needed
Partner with cleaning and operations teams to resolve turnover-related maintenance items
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ 3–5+ years of general maintenance experience
✅ Strong skills in troubleshooting and repair work
✅ Experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, hotels, apartments, or property management is a plus
✅ Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
✅ Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
✅ Must live within a reasonable driving distance of assigned properties
