What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who knows dental accounting and can own the books for multiple practices.
You should be able to look at a practice's financials and recognize when something doesn't look right.
You don't just enter transactions.
You own the accuracy of the numbers, the monthly close, and the financial reporting for the practices you support.
Experience working with several dental practices at once is a must.
I would actually put “multi-practice dental experience required” in the first two sentences of the Indeed ad. That will dramatically change the candidate pool you're attracting.
