CFC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packager to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package finished goods according to company specifications and customer requirements
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects prior to packaging
- Label, sort, and prepare items for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 11:30PM – 8:00 AM
