Framsikt Technologies is looking for a Product Engineer to join our high-performing R&D center in Bangalore. This isn’t a standard development role—this is for an engineer who wants to build great products, work closely with Product and Design, and grow into an
independent, end-to-end product engineer in an AI-native engineering environment.

The Role: Autonomy & AI-First Development
We are moving past the era of "manual" coding.
At Framsikt, we expect engineers to use AI as a core part of how they build software. As a Developing Product Engineer, you will build production features while learning to use AI coding tools, agentic workflows, and context engineering to make your development faster
and more effective.
You will work with experienced engineers to solve problems, make sound technical decisions, and gradually take greater ownership of features from discovery through production.

Build AI-first: Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Windsurf for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation.

Build for scale: Apply common engineering patterns across architecture, APIs, data, security, and performance with guidance from experienced engineers.

Engineer the context: Write structured prompts, provide the right codebase context and constraints, and learn how to guide AI tools towards reliable outcomes.

Own quality: Write unit tests, contribute to CI/CD, participate in code reviews, and use observability tools to understand and improve production systems.

Shape the product: Partner closely with Product and Design, bring technical thinking into discovery, and turn prototypes into production with speed and clarity.

What You’ll Bring

Education : Any professional technical graduation or masters

2+ years of engineering excellence, ideally with C#, SQL, Angular, and TypeScript

(Azure is a plus).
