SKY Property Management is looking for a new dependable and detail-oriented team member to help us clean and maintain our commercial and residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of office spaces and common areas
- Clean and/or touch-up vacated apartments and single family homes
- Clean out empty storage facility units
- Maintain breezeways, entryways, and other common areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a cleaner or janitorial technician
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Ability to accept, update, and close out work orders via a mobile app
- Ability to work independently or as part of a two-person team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to travel between various job sites throughout Kentucky and Tennessee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
