Job Description
ASI Appliance Inc. is seeking a dependable Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical experience, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and other household appliances.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
- Replace defective parts and test appliances after repairs.
- Perform in-home service calls and explain repair work to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service parts.
Requirements
- Previous appliance repair or field service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
