JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our day-to-day social media activities and assist in content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing social media plans, creating engaging content, and supporting brand visibility across digital platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Execute social media plans to increase engagement and followers
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and report insights
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
Content Creation & Writing
- Write engaging captions, posts, and basic marketing content for social media and website
- updates
- Assist in creating content for blogs, brochures, and marketing materials
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and tone
- Coordinate with designers to develop creatives (images, reels, videos, etc.)
- Conduct basic research on industry trends for content ideas
Performance Tracking
- Track basic social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Prepare simple performance reports
- Support in optimizing content based on performance insights
Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Experience of working with the Digital Marketing Agency
Fluency in English, Marathi, Hindi
Great communication skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
