Overview

Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process shipments, and manage stock movements
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software to ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate shipping logistics by preparing shipping & receiving documentation in compliance with trade regulations and international trade laws
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing warehouse distribution tasks to optimize space utilization
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management software such as AS400 or similar systems
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; forklift certification is a plus
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records in warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $26.37 - $31.76 per hour
