Position Overview

The Chief Executive Advisor will provide strategic, operational, and executive-level advisory support to the company’s senior leadership team.

This role requires strong business judgment, executive communication ability, strategic planning experience, and the ability to support complex decisions across multiple business functions. The Chief Executive Advisor will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, senior executives, department leaders, and external stakeholders to support company strategy, business execution, organizational efficiency, and long-term growth.

The position plays an important role in improving executive decision-making, cross-functional coordination, internal communication, and overall business management.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Strategy and Advisory Support

- Provide strategic advice and business analysis to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team.

- Support the development and execution of company-wide strategic plans, business priorities, and operational objectives.

- Assist senior management in evaluating business opportunities, market developments, competitive positioning, and organizational needs.

- Prepare executive briefings, decision-making materials, internal reports, and strategic recommendations.

- Ensure major business initiatives are aligned with company goals, management priorities, and long-term development plans.

Business Planning and Execution

- Support the planning and implementation of key business, operational, product, technology, and market-related initiatives.

- Work with senior management to define priorities, timelines, resources, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

- Track progress on important executive initiatives and ensure timely follow-up with responsible departments.

- Identify business challenges, execution gaps, and operational risks, and recommend practical solutions.

- Support the company’s continued growth by improving planning discipline, execution quality, and management efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Serve as a key communication bridge between the Chief Executive Officer, senior executives, and functional departments.

- Coordinate with product, technology, operations, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, customer service, and business development teams.

- Ensure departments clearly understand executive priorities, project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

- Help resolve cross-department issues and remove obstacles that may affect business execution.

- Promote efficient communication, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.

Executive Communications and Stakeholder Management

- Support the preparation of executive communications, internal announcements, presentations, meeting materials, and strategic reports.

- Assist the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team in communicating business direction, company priorities, and management decisions.

- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership discussions, business reviews, and follow-up actions.

- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

- Ensure executive messaging is clear, consistent, professional, and aligned with company objectives.

Operations and Management Improvement

- Review existing management processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and accountability.

- Support the development of internal management systems, reporting structures, workflow standards, and performance tracking methods.

- Assist in resource planning, budget review, department coordination, and operational problem solving.

- Monitor business performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership.

- Help establish scalable management practices that support long-term organizational growth.

Risk Management and Compliance Coordination

- Work with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure business initiatives follow company policies and applicable requirements.

- Identify potential business risks, operational risks, compliance risks, and execution challenges.

- Support the development of risk mitigation plans and follow-up actions.

- Maintain accurate executive records, approval documents, meeting notes, reports, and internal communication materials.

- Ensure sensitive business, market, technology, and management information is handled with appropriate confidentiality and control.

Leadership Support

- Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior executives on high-priority business matters.

- Assist in coordinating leadership team responsibilities, meeting agendas, action items, and management follow-ups.

- Support executive decision-making through research, analysis, reporting, and cross-functional input.

- Help build a disciplined, professional, efficient, and results-driven management culture.

- Provide guidance and coordination support to department leaders and project owners when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.

- More than 10 years of experience in business management, corporate strategy, executive advisory, operations management, project management, or financial technology.

- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management, executive support, or strategic leadership role.

- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, trading platforms, technology companies, or digital asset markets is preferred.

- Strong understanding of business strategy, executive management, organizational operations, risk control, and cross-functional coordination.

- Good understanding of digital asset markets, cryptocurrency trading platforms, financial technology, and related operational requirements.

- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual English and Chinese skills are preferred.

- Strong discretion, confidentiality awareness, professional judgment, and ability to handle sensitive executive-level information.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing business environment.
