We’re a U.S.-based digital marketing agency with over 24 years of proven results helping clients grow. Our AI & Automation Division is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for an experienced AI Bot & Automation Specialist who can design, build, and deploy real, working AI systems that improve revenue and operational efficiency.
This role is not for beginners or people still experimenting. We need a proven builder who can demonstrate functional AI agents and automation workflows already in use.
Who We’re Looking For
You have hands-on experience creating live AI agents, character-based bots, and end-to-end automations that run reliably in real business environments. You know how to combine AI intelligence, automation tools, and integrations to create systems that work 24/7.
If you’ve built AI bots, social media automations, CRM-driven workflows, or any production-level AI systems—and can prove it—you’re the type of person we want to meet.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Personalities & Characters
Use tools like GPT, LangChain, ElevenLabs, Whisper, etc., to build brand-aligned personalities with realistic behavior, memory, and tone.
Automate Social Media Engagement
Build automation workflows for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc..
Architect Business Workflows
Optimize CRM, sales, and marketing pipelines.
Optimize Performance & Intelligence
Improve prompt chaining, decision-making, sentiment analysis, and autonomous task execution.
Collaborate With Leadership
Work directly with the CEO and technical leads to implement automation solutions that support revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Stay Ahead of Emerging Technologies
Research, test, and apply new AI and automation tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
Bonus Skills
You stand out even more if you have experience with:
- AI bots for sales, lead nurturing, onboarding
- Voice AI (TTS, transcription, call automation)
- AI avatars or digital creator models
- AI model training for custom characters
- Advanced CRM automation in sales-driven environments
- Understanding of AI ethics, privacy, and compliance
