Skills Required
● MBA in Supply Chain / Operations from a Tier 1 B-School — NITIE / IIT Bombay / SP Jain / or other Tier I institutions
● Minimum 7–9 years of Logistics Operations experience in an FMCG organisation
● 8–12+ years of SAP functional experience with deep expertise in WM, EWM (Embedded and/or decentralized), and SAP TM
● At least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations involving warehouse and/or transportation management workstreams
● Experience with CWM to EWM migration (Embedded EWM) strongly preferred
● Hands-on knowledge of EWM configuration: warehouse structure, goods movement, RF transactions, Handling Unit Management, Physical Inventory
● Proven experience with SAP Transportation Management — freight planning, execution, carrier collaboration, and freight settlement
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with SAP LBN (Logistics Business Network) for freight collaboration
● Knowledge of SAP Yard Management and dock scheduling
● Experience with RF/Barcode scanning and Fiori-based warehouse transactions
● Understanding of India logistics regulations and compliance requirements within SAP context
● Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery frameworks
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
