Duty Manager Wanted | Premium Pool & Billiards Bar (Auckland CBD)

We are a premium pool and billiards bar located in the heart of Auckland CBD. Featuring a modern environment, a stable customer base, and a vibrant, energetic team, we are now looking for a responsible and professional Duty Manager to join us!

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Oversee floor operations and deliver excellent customer service during shifts.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act to ensure the venue operates in full legal compliance.

Safety & Order: Monitor the responsible service of alcohol and maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Incident Management: Handle on-site emergencies efficiently and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Must hold a current LCQ (Liquor Licensing Qualification) and a valid Manager’s Certificate.

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, bars, or the entertainment industry is required.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
