Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Sales.
- Good understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
