Compensation
Commission-only, uncapped and residual. Reps in this role typically earn $50,000–$200,000 per year depending on how hard they work their territory. You earn on every account you open for as long as it keeps ordering — no ceiling, no expiration, no reassignment of your book. Your income compounds instead of resetting every January. You keep everything you bring to the company, forever.
The Role
Our technology is so novel, new, and interesting, our medical sales can thrive on cold walk-ins. You'll earn the most if you spend the most of your time in the field, walking into clinics and treatment centers without an appointment, earning a conversation, building relationships and coming back until you've earned the account. Most of our business is won this way.
What We're Looking For
- Based anywhere on the East Coast — major metro markets preferred
- Ambition. You want to build something that grows year over year
- A team player who will help out their fellow co-worker
- Grit. You'll hear "not interested at this time" and walk into the next door anyway
- The presence to talk confidently with executives, owners, and key decision-makers
- Patience to work a relationship over weeks or months instead of forcing a close
- Healthcare or medical device experience is a plus, not required
- Comfortable with commission-only and the ramp that comes with it
