Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Angular Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, frontend architecture, and team leadership.
- This role requires hands-on development, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular.
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Review code, conduct technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Angular (Angular 18+ preferred).
- Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
- Experience with RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Micro Frontend Architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Angular development.
- Prior experience leading frontend teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
