Job Summary Full-
Time We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Next.js and practical knowledge of Machine Learning integration. The candidate should be capable of developing complete web applications, building scalable APIs, working with databases, implementing modern frontend solutions using Next.js, and integrating Machine Learning or AI models/services into web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build modern, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js. Develop secure and scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, queries, and data models. Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Integrate Machine Learning models or AI-based services into web applications.
- Work with Python-based ML services/APIs when required. Handle communication between Node.js applications and ML services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Debug and resolve frontend, backend, database, and API-related issues.
- Work with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems. Participate in deployment and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, ML developers, and other team members.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- React.js and Next.js.
- Node.js and Express.js.
- MongoDB / Mongoose.
- REST API development and third-party API integration.
- HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Authentication using JWT / OAuth. Git / GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Basic Linux/server knowledge.
- Understanding of application deployment and production environments.
Machine Learning Requirements
- Practical understanding of Machine Learning concepts and production integration.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Pandas and NumPy.
- Knowledge of Scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience integrating ML models into web applications.
- Creating or consuming ML APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Understanding of data preprocessing and model inference.
- Ability to connect Node.js/Next.js applications with Python ML services.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML model deployment
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Generative AI and LLM API integration.
- RAG, embeddings, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- AI chatbot development.
- Docker. Redis. WebSocket / Socket.IO.
- AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
- Nginx and PM2. PostgreSQL. CI/CD and microservices architecture.
Candidate Profile
- 2.5 - 3 years of professional development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to independently develop modules and features.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Experience working on real-world production applications.
- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into technical implementations.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
