Key Responsibilities
Deliver training for the WSQ Generative AI courses to adult learners.
Plan and facilitate engaging, learner-centered lessons in a classroom /workshop setting.
Conduct assessment(including WSQ-aligned assessment) to evaluate learner competency.
Manage classroom dynamics and support learners of varying paces and backgrounds.
Prepare and maintain assessment documentation in line with SWDA/WSQ requirements.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years' experience training adult learners.
Certified ACLP.
Prior experience conducting assessment for adult learners.
Strong subject knowledge in Generative AI/ practical AI applications.
Good classroom management and facilities skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Background in IT or equivalent is an added advantage.
