Responsibilities

Design secure backend services and API contracts for platform capabilities

Build backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot

Develop and maintain high-quality code aligned with engineering standards
-
Conduct code review to ensure readability, security, and maintainability
-
Implement unit tests and support automated quality practices in CI
-
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to support reliable releases and operations
-
Estimate development tasks and contribute to planning and delivery commitments
-
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and align on sprint goals and progress
Requirements

3+ years of experience in Java development in production environments

Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem for backend services

Hands-on experience with REST API design and development for secure services

Solid project experience with Scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning

Strong hard skills in microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts
-
Hands-on experience with unit testing and CI practices
-
Practical experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven integration

Good understanding of full-stack application design and data modeling
-
Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering, QA, and DevOps
-
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily communication
