Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to build production-ready AI/ML applications and integrate intelligent capabilities into enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise applications. Develop and optimize ML models for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, NLP, and predictive analytics use cases.
- Build Generative AI and LLM-powered applications, including RAG-based solutions and AI assistants.
- Develop data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
- Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Develop scalable AI/ML services and integrate models with existing applications through REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and AI application development.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize machine learning models.
- Develop automated MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy AI/ML applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Optimize models and applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Conduct model testing, validation, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting.
- Implement responsible AI practices including security, privacy, governance, and model monitoring.
- Maintain technical documentation covering models, data pipelines, APIs, deployments, and system architecture.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration of AI models into applications.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other foundation models.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Databricks, MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience developing AI agents / Agentic AI applications.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, and model optimization.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, deep learning, or recommendation systems.
- Experience implementing AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
