Job Description:
Solace Hospital, Kakkanad is looking for a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safe and effective pharmaceutical care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescribed medications accurately
Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and safety
Counsel patients on medication usage and precautions
Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock records
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
Valid Pharmacy Council Registration
Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and patient safety
Preferred:
Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
Freshers with valid registration may also apply
