Responsibilities
The attorney will be responsible for managing plaintiff personal injury matters and working closely with clients, paralegals, support staff, and referral partners.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Communicating directly with clients and keeping them informed throughout the process
- Developing an understanding of each client’s circumstances, needs, and goals
- Evaluating cases and developing appropriate strategies
- Handling a substantial caseload and prioritizing competing demands
- Working with paralegals and secretarial staff to keep cases moving efficiently
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral sources
