Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents to automate business processes
- Integrate AI agents into internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Develop conversational agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and apply prompt engineering techniques
- Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements analysis and solution design
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agent workflows and decision logic
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture, workflows, and implementations
- Stay up to date with and apply current trends, tools, and best practices in AI/ML.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, AI, or automation (motivated graduates with relevant projects are also welcome)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Basic understanding of APIs, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in developing chatbots or automation solutions is a plus.
