Job Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping Leader / Coordinator, preferably in hotel or villa operations
- Strong knowledge of room cleaning standards, linen control, and housekeeping operations
- Able to perform room inspection and supervise housekeeping staff
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to handle guest requests and operational challenges in a villa environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded
