Overview
We are seeking a high performing Technical Consultant to work in our professional Consulting and Services team in Kuala Lumpur delivering our Energy Components software to our customers in Asia Pacific and internationally.
Responsibilities

Participate in workshops with customers, for the purpose of analyzing and gathering user requirements and documenting business processes
-
Designing and implementing/configuring Energy Components solutions to meet customer business requirements
-
Implementing/configuring software solutions supporting the value chain from reservoir to revenue recognition.

Provide technical and functional support to customers
-
Testing and verification against business processes requirements
-
And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Bachelor or Master's degree within Computer Science / Information Technology / Petroleum Technology / or similar
-
1-5 years of work experience from IT
-
Documented knowledge/experience in database modelling and programming, preferably Oracle PL/SQL
-
Documented knowledge/experience in object-oriented programming, preferably Java backend
-
Knowledge in business process modelling and requirement analysis
-
Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills

Knowledge in Oil & Gas value chain, from reservoir to revenue recognition

Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.

Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Malaysia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
