Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Group Product Manager (GRC and RMIS) for a senior-level, fully remote opportunity within the United States. This role is designed for a product leader with deep Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) domain expertise who can translate market knowledge, buyer needs and technology trends into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities.
The Group Product Manager is a senior player/coach responsible for driving a cohesive product vision and execution strategy across a suite of products or modules. The role combines product strategy, market intelligence, customer advocacy, roadmap leadership, cross-functional collaboration and responsible use of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
COMPENSATION
- $145,000-$185,000
- Signing bonus negotiable
PRODUCT STRATEGY & ROADMAP
- Translate commercial strategy and competitive insights into a clear product vision and roadmap priorities
- Oversee a prioritized roadmap across products and modules
- Use data, experimentation and AI-driven insights to validate roadmap priorities and proposed solutions
- Ensure product initiatives address meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable value
- Maintain deep expertise in competitors, adjacent solutions, pricing strategies and evolving market trends
- Research emerging AI, data, market and technology trends to support innovation and differentiation
GRC & RMIS MARKET LEADERSHIP
- Apply deep GRC or RMIS domain expertise to product strategy
- Evaluate competitive positioning, market dynamics, buyer needs and technology trends
- Translate domain expertise into product strategy, roadmap priorities and compelling value propositions
- Proactively engage with clients to understand pain points and identify problems worth solving
AI & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Establish expectations for strategic and responsible AI use throughout the SDLC
- Guide AI-assisted research, synthesis, summarization and trend analysis
- Support responsible AI use in product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes and stakeholder materials
- Champion AI-enabled rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Maintain appropriate human judgment while supporting security, privacy and client trust
LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION
- Provide oversight and direction across product initiatives
- Partner with design, architecture, marketing, business representatives and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate with Product Managers and department leadership to maintain complementary, non-conflicting roadmaps
- Monitor product KPIs and business metrics
- Support successful rollout of functionality and solutions
- Drive results across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in either the RMIS or GRC space REQUIRED
- Experience in a product, product-adjacent or product-informed role such as Product Management, Product Owner, Product Manager, Services PM, Product Marketing, implementation leadership or similar REQUIRED
- Demonstrated strategic thinking regarding competitive positioning, market dynamics, buyer needs and technology trends within RMIS or GRC REQUIRED
- Proven track record of taking a vision through execution REQUIRED
- Ability to translate domain expertise into clear product strategy, roadmap priorities and a compelling value proposition for internal and external stakeholders REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science or engineering REQUIRED
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills REQUIRED
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment REQUIRED
- Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies REQUIRED
- Ability to travel up to 20% REQUIRED
- Must not require visa sponsorship REQUIRED
PREFERRED
- Experience using AI; curiosity about AI is expected, while prior hands-on experience is a nice-to-have
- Experience managing Product Managers or Product Analysts
