Financial Services Administrator – Part-Time

Blackstone Wealth is an Independent, Whole of Market Financial Advisory firm based in Luton. We work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalised financial planning and investment advice, including specialist solutions for clients seeking ethical and faith-aligned investment options.

As part of our continued organic growth, we are looking to appoint our first external Administrator to join the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and personable, who would enjoy working in a professional but friendly environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the business owners on a day-to-day basis and will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and smooth running of the business.

The Role

Initially, we are looking for someone to work 15 hours per week, spread over 3 days between Monday and Thursday, with working hours of 9:30am to 2:30pm.

The role will initially be fully office based, with the potential to go hybrid (1-2 days from home) once fully trained.

As the business continues to grow, there will be the potential for the role and working hours to increase in the future.

The role will involve providing general administrative and operational support to the business, with responsibilities likely to include:

- General office and administrative duties

- Supporting the preparation and organisation of client documentation

- Maintaining accurate client records and databases

- Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone and email

- Assisting with meeting preparation and diary management

- Supporting the business owners with day-to-day administrative tasks

- Ensuring paperwork and processes are completed accurately and efficiently

- Providing general support as the business continues to develop

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

- Reliable, professional and detail-oriented

- Comfortable communicating with clients by telephone and email

- Confident using Microsoft Office and everyday computer systems

- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player

- Discreet and trustworthy when dealing with confidential client information

- Keen to learn and develop within a growing financial services business

Previous experience within financial services or financial administration would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Preferred:

- An interest in, or previous experience of, the Shariah-compliant investment market

- Candidates with a background in insurance or banking, although this is not mandatory

We are ultimately looking for the right person with the attitude, organisation and attention to detail to become an important part of the business.

Pay: £9,945.00 per year
